The 62nd Australian Export Awards ceremony was held at Australian Parliament House in Canberra on 20 November 2024. The Awards are brought to you by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission.

Rising Sun Pictures (RSP) is a premier visual effects studio established in 1995. The 2024 Australian Exporter of the Year and winner of the Creative Industries category award, provides cutting-edge visual effects to major film studios. They also provide streaming services around the globe. The studio uses advanced technologies like machine learning to enhance the quality and efficiency of its visual effects. Over 3 decades, RSP has contributed to more than 200 film and streaming titles.

What sets RSP apart is its unique blend of technological innovation and creative excellence. Its proprietary REVIZE™ technology combines machine learning with artistic expertise. This allows RSP to produce seamless visual effects that are revered by major studios. RSPs’ top export markets are the US and India.

RSP won the Creative Industries award category in 2019, and the Arts, Entertainment & Design category in 2018. It was also recognised as a finalist in the Creative Industries award category in 2023.
