1. Select your National category 

This year there are 14 national categories with the addition of the First Nations exporter award. You can apply for more than one category in your state or territory program. However, you can only progress as a national finalist in one category. Find out what categories you can apply for in your home State or Territory export award program. Eligible winners of the national categories will proceed as national finalists in the Australian Export Awards.

2. Check eligibility 

Do you earn a foreign income and hold an active ABN? Check the eligibility criteria to apply in your state or territory, and double check you are eligible to apply in your chosen category.

3. Preview application questions

4. Understand the judging criteria   

Learn about the judging criteria. Find out what sets a winning business apart from the rest. Learn how the judges’ assess your application. Judges will assess only the information supplied in the application.
